We are seeking a corporate transactions associate with 3–5 years of private practice experience to join a multi-office US corporate team. The role focuses on a mix of emerging company and venture financings, M&A, private equity work, and general corporate counseling for private and public issuers, funds, investors, and entrepreneurs.

The team emphasizes a collaborative, client-facing culture that values strong drafting, communication, and business-development aptitude. This position offers the opportunity to build a long-term corporate practice across venture/early-stage, PE, and M&A matters while developing substantive transactional experience and client relationships.

3–5 years of relevant corporate transactional experience (venture/early-stage financings, M&A, PE, corporate counseling)
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the California Bar
Strong drafting, written and oral communication skills; client-facing experience and commercial judgment
Demonstrated ability on financings, mergers/acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions; capital markets experience preferred
Excellent academic credentials and a collegial, team-oriented approach
