Post-Clerkship Associate — Corporate (San Francisco)

Leading international law firm seeking a post-clerkship associate to join its San Francisco corporate team. This role is aimed at candidates coming directly from a federal or state judicial clerkship who are ready to transition into private practice.

The successful candidate will work on a range of transactional matters, collaborate with senior associates and partners, and be involved in drafting, research, and client-facing workstreams. The team offers substantive training, mentorship, and exposure to complex, market-facing matters.

• Recent federal or state judicial clerkship (required)
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Strong academic record and excellent legal research and writing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on fast-paced transactional teams
• Bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in California
