Senior Associate, Private Equity M&A — Silicon Valley

Top-tier private equity M&A team in Silicon Valley is seeking a Senior Associate with significant transactional experience. The role focuses on buyouts, growth equity, venture investments, exits, leveraged recapitalizations and equity-compensation matters for private equity and growth-oriented clients.

The position requires someone comfortable both collaborating on deal teams and running discrete deal components independently. The team offers a collaborative, cross-practice environment with substantial exposure to sophisticated PE and technology-driven transactions.

• 6+ years of private equity / M&A transactional experience.
• Experience with buyouts, growth equity, venture capital, exits and equity compensation.
• Proven ability to work on teams and manage components of transactions independently.
• Outstanding academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission or the ability to obtain admission promptly; submission of a deal sheet required.
