Growing clinical negligence team seeks a qualified solicitor to join its Health Advisory & Litigation group. The role is open across multiple regional offices in the UK and offers work for a range of defendant-side clients, including high-volume public sector work.

You'll manage your own caseload of clinical negligence and catastrophic personal injury matters, support on high-value and complex claims, and have opportunities to assist with inquest and healthcare advisory work. The post involves remote and on-site client support as required and contribution to business development and training activities.

Qualified solicitor with demonstrable clinical negligence or catastrophic personal injury experience (defendant- or claimant-side).
Experience managing a caseload, meeting client SLAs and supervising junior fee-earners.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and case management / legal research systems.
Experience of inquest or healthcare advisory work is an advantage; strong organisational, client-service and business-development skills.
