Associate — Clinical Negligence / Personal Injury, London

Experienced litigation associate to join a busy clinical negligence and healthcare disputes team in London. The role involves handling a caseload of clinical negligence and personal injury matters across all stages of litigation, with regular client contact and courtroom work.

The team advises healthcare providers and individuals on complex clinical liability issues. The successful candidate will work closely with senior colleagues, draft pleadings and witness statements, manage disclosure and expert evidence, and support case strategy and settlement negotiations.

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent qualifying status)
• Practical experience in clinical negligence and/or personal injury litigation
• Strong litigation skills: drafting, advocacy, case management and use of experts
• Client-facing, with good commercial judgement and the ability to work as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK
