Associate, Private Wealth Disputes — London

Join a leading private wealth disputes team in London handling complex domestic and international trust, probate and fiduciary disputes. The role offers significant responsibility, client contact and exposure to high-value, cross-border matters including contentious Court of Protection work and alternative dispute resolution.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, support senior fee-earners on large matters, collaborate with private client, corporate and family teams across the firm, and contribute to business development and knowledge initiatives.

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE
• Experience in contentious trusts, probate and private wealth disputes (including Court of Protection matters preferred)
• Strong drafting, advocacy and client-facing skills; able to manage own files and supervise junior fee-earners
• Commercial judgment, attention to detail and willingness to engage in business development and alternative dispute resolution
