Join a national commercial insurance team based in Adelaide, working across CTP, public liability and government agency matters. The role offers exposure to high-volume claims work, allocation of litigated matters, and advocacy in merits review settings.

The team acts for licensed insurers and scheme agents on complex personal injury, medical and fraudulent claims, and supports insurers with claims systems, audits, risk analysis and reserves. You will receive structured mentorship, regular advocacy exposure and clear opportunities for career progression within a collaborative team.

Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in insurance, liability or related litigation.
Direct experience in CTP and/or public liability matters highly desirable (defendant or plaintiff-side).
Strong written and verbal advocacy skills, with excellent attention to detail and proactive file management.
Ability to manage high-volume caseloads; applicants with plaintiff or in-house experience encouraged to apply.
