An opportunity for an Associate to join a large, established insurance practice in Adelaide advising employers and insurers on statutory litigation and claims management. The team handles high-volume personal injury and workers’ compensation matters with regular appearances at the South Australian tribunal and potential exposure to wider State and Federal court work.

This role offers close mentoring from senior lawyers, strong exposure to litigation and advocacy, and the chance to build subject-matter expertise in insurance defence and liability mitigation across a diverse caseload.

Minimum 1+ years' post-qualification experience in an insurance practice.
Experience with personal injury claims and workers' compensation matters preferred.
Advocacy experience or a clear interest in developing court/tribunal advocacy skills.
Proven file management skills and the ability to provide practical client-focused advice.
