Join a busy general insurance team in Adelaide handling defended insurance litigation for a range of insurer and corporate clients. The role focuses on compulsory third party (CTP) defence work and also involves workers' compensation and public liability matters. You will manage your own files with appropriate supervision and have regular court, witness and expert-instruction responsibilities.

1–5 years post-admission (PQE) with defendant insurance or related litigation experience
Experience or strong interest in CTP defence; candidates with workers' compensation, public liability or property insurance experience will also be considered
Proven litigation skills: drafting court documents, witness statements, instructions to experts and briefs for counsel
Ability to run a file with supervision, strong attention to detail and clear, concise legal writing
