Senior Associate, Disputes & Investigations — Brisbane

An established disputes and investigations team in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Associate to join its practice. The role will handle complex commercial litigation and internal and regulatory investigations across corporate and commercial matters.

You will work on high‑profile, evidence‑led matters, lead discovery and disclosure, prepare and appear at hearings, and manage more junior fee‑earners. The team offers exposure to varied litigation and investigatory work and structured support for career progression.

• Admitted to practice in Australia.
• Several years' post‑admission experience in commercial litigation and investigations at senior associate level.
• Proven experience with investigations, disclosure/discovery, witness statements and court advocacy.
• Strong drafting, project management and client‑facing skills; ability to supervise junior staff.
