Senior Associate role within a top-ranked projects disputes team advising on complex construction and infrastructure disputes across Australia and the region. Work will include arbitration, Supreme Court litigation, expert determination, mediation and dispute board processes on high-value projects.

The role offers exposure to a variety of sectors including infrastructure, mining, property development, social infrastructure and renewables, with opportunities to work interstate. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working arrangement (typical split c.60% office / 40% home) and flexibility discussions available.

Recently promoted Senior Associate in construction or projects disputes (early-stage SA) with solid experience on construction and infrastructure matters.
Practical experience in arbitration and court-based litigation (including Supreme Court matters) and familiarity with DRBs/DABs, expert determination and mediation.
Demonstrated ability to manage larger matters, work collaboratively in team environments and take increasing leadership on files.
Willingness to participate in business development (pitches, thought leadership, events) and to mentor more junior lawyers.
