Lawyer / Associate — Litigation & Insolvency, Brisbane

Join a leading dispute resolution team in Brisbane advising on complex commercial litigation, regulatory investigations and insolvency matters. The role offers exposure to high‑profile mandates for major financial institutions, regulators, corporates and insolvency practitioners.

This is a hands‑on opportunity to develop technical expertise in financial services litigation, contentious and advisory restructuring work, and regulatory enforcement, within a collaborative team that prioritises professional development and knowledge sharing.

• 1–2 years' post‑admission experience (PQE) in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
• Experience or strong interest in insolvency/restructuring (advisory and/or contentious) and regulatory matters
• Commercial acumen, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
