Experienced litigation team in Houston is seeking a 2nd–5th year associate to join a busy commercial trial practice. The role offers exposure to complex civil litigation matters, trial preparation, and courtroom work in a nationally recognized practice group.

Successful candidates will work on discovery strategy and motion practice, participate in depositions and oral argument, and help manage the day-to-day demands of contested matters. The office offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package.

2–5 years' litigation experience (post-qualification) with commercial trial work
Demonstrated trial preparation experience, including taking and defending depositions
Strong discovery skills, legal research and writing, and analytic ability
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Texas Bar
