Join a national law firm’s commercial litigation team in a virtual role supporting matters across the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation sector. This position focuses on all phases of complex commercial litigation with significant responsibility and client contact.

The role is remote with preference for candidates based in Michigan or Ohio. The successful candidate will handle factual investigation, discovery management, drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, settlement negotiations, and regular client communication.

4–6 years of commercial litigation experience preferred
Proven experience with discovery, pleadings, motions practice, and depositions
Ability to manage matters with a high degree of autonomy and strong client communication skills
Active bar license in Michigan or Ohio required (candidates licensed in both states preferred)
Experience with labor & employment litigation is a plus
Strong academic credentials, interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to work under pressure
