Join a busy commercial litigation team in London handling complex, high‑stakes disputes with frequent cross‑border elements. The team acts on a wide range of matters including contractual disputes, fraud, shareholder and professional negligence claims, insolvency-related litigation, and technology/IP and crypto asset issues. The group is experienced in obtaining urgent remedies such as freezing orders, search orders and disclosure applications.

The role involves managing case files, assisting on litigation, arbitration and ADR, drafting pleadings and witness statements, conducting detailed legal research, and working with counsel, experts and clients to deliver pragmatic outcomes. You will also contribute to thought leadership and support junior team members.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 4–6 years' PQE in commercial litigation.
Proven experience managing complex commercial disputes, ideally with cross‑border elements.
Excellent technical knowledge of litigation processes, strong drafting and advocacy skills.
Commercially focused, client‑service oriented approach and ability to mentor junior staff.
Strong academic background and confident communicator.
