Join a well-established London commercial litigation team handling high-value, technically complex disputes with frequent international elements. The team advises on a broad range of matters including contractual disputes, fraud, shareholder and professional negligence claims, insolvency-related litigation, and asset preservation and recovery (search orders, freezing injunctions and disclosure applications).

The role involves day-to-day case management, drafting pleadings and witness statements, conducting detailed legal research, and working closely with clients, external counsel and experts. There are opportunities to contribute to thought leadership and business development and to support and mentor more junior fee-earners.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 4–6 years' PQE in commercial litigation.
Demonstrable experience managing complex commercial disputes, ideally with cross-border elements.
Strong technical knowledge of litigation, drafting and advocacy skills.
Commercially focused, client-facing, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Excellent academic background and a commitment to high-quality client service; experience mentoring junior team members is desirable.
