Associate, Commercial Real Estate — Ottawa

Senior associate role in a national commercial real estate group working on major transactions, mixed-use development, leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, financing and construction matters. You will join a multidisciplinary team and work directly with clients on high‑profile, complex real estate files.

This role offers hands-on deal work, mentorship from senior practitioners and the opportunity to develop transactional and project‑management experience across public and private sector matters. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Salary range: $135,000 - $165,000 (dependent on experience and location).

• Minimum 3 years PQE in commercial real estate transactions (leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing).
• Experience with complex mixed‑use development, infrastructure projects and construction contracts an asset.
• Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills; proven team player.
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
