Associate, Commercial Real Estate — Toronto

Senior-level associate role in a busy commercial real estate team based in Toronto. The group advises on high-value commercial transactions, mixed-use and infrastructure developments, financings, leasing matters and construction-related work for public and private clients.

This position offers hands-on client work, collaboration across disciplines, and opportunities to train and mentor junior lawyers while developing specialist expertise in real estate transactions and financings.

• 2–4 years post-call experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Practical experience with financings, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, mixed-use development projects, infrastructure matters and construction contracts.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication; proven ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
