Associate, Commercial Technology

Join a national Commercial Technology team advising on a mix of IT, outsourcing and emerging-tech matters (including AI) for a range of corporate and public-sector clients. The role is open to candidates across multiple UK regional offices and offers exposure to both regional and cross-border work.

You will draft and negotiate technology and outsourcing agreements, advise on technology-related regulatory issues (notably in financial services), support technology aspects of corporate transactions and contribute to business development and client training.

• Qualified solicitor with 1-3 PQE in technology/ commercial law.
• Proven experience advising on IT and outsourcing contracts; familiarity with AI-related contracts and issues an advantage.
• Strong drafting, negotiating and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable with client-facing work and business development activities.
• Knowledge of technology-related regulatory considerations, particularly within financial services, is beneficial.
