Associate — Communications Law

Fast-growing national law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Communications/Media & Entertainment practice. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and will focus on regulatory, transactional and counseling work for clients in the communications sector.

The team handles a mix of FCC/telecom regulatory matters, commercial contracts, and policy-focused matters. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on client advice, regulatory filings, and transactional support.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Prior experience in communications/telecommunications regulatory work, broadcasting, or media law
• Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills; ability to manage client-facing matters
• Comfort with regulatory filings and counseling on compliance and transactional issues
