We are seeking a U.S.-based Legal Technology & AI Attorney to join the Real Estate practice. This role sits at the intersection of transactional real estate law, knowledge management, and applied AI — helping translate emerging technology into practical tools, templates, and workflows used by deal teams.

The position partners with practice lawyers, technologists, and administrative teams to prototype and implement AI-assisted drafting, document automation, knowledge capture, and real-estate analytics. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining precedent libraries, creating playbooks and guidance for AI-enabled workstreams, running pilots, and delivering training to promote adoption.

J.D. (or equivalent) and admission to practice in the U.S. jurisdiction where based; in good standing
Minimum of 4 years of transactional real estate experience (other transactional backgrounds considered)
Demonstrated interest and experience with AI, automation, or legal technology; hands-on experience building, prototyping, or integrating tools highly valued
Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and stakeholder-collaboration skills; ability to handle confidential information
