An established international law firm is hiring a Legal Technology & AI Attorney to join its Tech & Innovation group in any U.S. office (New York or Palo Alto preferred). The role sits at the intersection of practice and legal technology, focused on applying AI, automation, and emerging tools to technology-sector legal work.

The attorney will partner with practicing lawyers, technologists, and administrative teams to prototype and deploy AI-assisted tools, document automation, prompt libraries, and knowledge systems that improve efficiency and consistency. Responsibilities include participating in pilots, building scalable precedent and knowledge infrastructure, and leading training and adoption efforts.

The role requires translating substantive technology-law expertise into practical, user-centered solutions and supporting ongoing enhancement of knowledge resources for technology, privacy, cybersecurity, transactions, and related matters.

J.D. (or equivalent) and admission and good standing in the U.S. state where based
Minimum 4 years of experience in a technology-focused legal practice
Demonstrated interest and perspective on AI and emerging technologies and their application to legal workflows
Experience with workflow design, tool development, document automation, or process improvement; coding or technical-building experience highly valued
Strong written and verbal communication, discretion with confidential information, and ability to work collaboratively across teams
