Busy Compensation & Benefits team at a national firm is seeking a mid-level associate with 3–6 years' experience advising on executive and equity-based compensation. The role focuses on plan design and compliance, transaction support and public-company disclosure work.

The team handles matters across M&A, IPOs and routine corporate employment arrangements; the role will include work on IRC Sections 280G and 409A, proxy disclosure and separation/bonus arrangements. The group offers a full range of elective and firm-paid benefits and generous parental leave and time-off policies.

  • 3–6 years of relevant C&B / ERISA experience
  • Experience with equity and executive compensation, proxy disclosures, employment and severance agreements
  • Knowledge of IRC Sections 280G and 409A and transactional (M&A/IPO) support
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills
