An established Washington, D.C. law practice is seeking a lateral associate to join its labor and employment group. The role is focused on employer-side litigation, handling class and representative actions alongside advice and internal investigations work.

Candidates will work on complex wage-and-hour and discrimination matters, with substantial courtroom and motion practice. The team values experience in class actions and a strong litigation track record from a peer law firm.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to practice, or eligibility for admission, in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Approximately 3+ years' post-qualification experience in labor & employment litigation, preferably at a peer law firm.
  • Demonstrable experience with class and representative actions, including wage & hour and discrimination matters.
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience managing discovery, motions, and hearings.
