Top-tier US law firm is seeking a 1st–3rd year associate to join a busy employment & labor practice. The role supports employment counseling matters, including statutory and regulatory compliance, executive employment and separation agreements, and employment aspects of M&A transactions. Some litigation exposure is a plus.

The position is open across multiple U.S. offices; candidates should have demonstrated academic strength and strong written and oral communication skills. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

• 1–3 years of experience in employment & labor law.
• Practical experience advising on statutory/regulatory compliance, executive employment/separation agreements, and employment dimensions of M&A.
• Some litigation experience preferred.
