- 1–7 years of litigation experience, preferably defending condo and co‑op boards or similar real‑property disputes
- Admission to the New York Bar required
- Proven experience managing all phases of litigation: pleadings, research, motions, and hearings
- Superior writing, analytical, and client‑facing communication skills
