Experienced litigation associate opportunity with a national Am Law 100 firm in New York. The role focuses on defending condominium and cooperative boards in disputes arising from inter‑building incidents, property damage, and alleged breaches of governance or fiduciary duty.

The successful candidate will manage all phases of litigation — drafting and responding to pleadings, conducting legal research and analysis, handling motion practice, and participating in oral advocacy. Strong writing, analytical skills, and client communication are essential.

  • 1–7 years of litigation experience, preferably defending condo and co‑op boards or similar real‑property disputes
  • Admission to the New York Bar required
  • Proven experience managing all phases of litigation: pleadings, research, motions, and hearings
  • Superior writing, analytical, and client‑facing communication skills
