Associate – Construction (London)

An opportunity for an NQ to 1 PQE associate to join a well-established construction, engineering & projects team in London. The team advises on both transactional and contentious matters for a broad range of clients including developers, contractors, consultants and funders on domestic and international projects.

The role offers exposure to a wide variety of workstreams with particular emphasis on adjudications, arbitration and Technology and Construction Court (TCC) litigation, including fire-safety related disputes. The post involves significant client contact, responsibility for case work, and working collaboratively on high-value matters.

• England & Wales qualified solicitor — NQ or up to 1 PQE (or due to qualify by the stated deadline).
• Experience in contentious construction work; exposure to UK adjudications and/or TCC litigation preferred.
• Strong drafting and advocacy support skills, with confident verbal and written client communication.
• Good time and stakeholder management; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
