Senior-level associate role in a national construction & engineering team, focused on non‑contentious work for developers, investors and corporate clients. You will advise on the construction aspects of major real‑estate development projects and take responsibility for managing your own matters.

The team works across large-scale projects and benefits from national and international cross‑practice support; there are opportunities to collaborate with real estate, finance and other product groups. The role offers exposure to complex, high‑value transactional work and client-facing responsibility.

Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' post‑qualification experience in non‑contentious construction law.
Practical experience on a broad range of construction and engineering projects, with strong knowledge of the JCT suite of contracts; NEC experience desirable.
Comfortable handling own matters and supervising junior fee‑earners; able to provide clear, commercial advice to clients.
Excellent communication, strong organisation and a collaborative, client‑focused approach.
