Associate / Senior Associate - Real Estate Finance

Join a busy UK real estate finance team as an Associate or Senior Associate. This full-time, flexible role is open across multiple UK offices and will involve working on lender-side real estate finance matters from due diligence through to completion and post-completion formalities.

You will run your own files with early responsibility, support and supervise junior colleagues, and contribute to business development for the practice. The team works across the UK jurisdictions and offers sector-focused support from a large, multi-jurisdictional real estate group.

• Scottish-qualified lawyer with 3+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience in Scottish real estate finance)
• Hands-on experience in real estate finance transactions and lender-side work, including due diligence, drafting and negotiation
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills; able to manage workload and deadlines
• Commercial awareness, client-facing ability and appetite for business development
