Join a growing, market‑leading investment funds team advising fund managers and institutional investors across private markets. The role is cross‑office within the UK, with opportunities to be based in London, Edinburgh or Glasgow, and involves work across sectors including infrastructure, energy, climate & sustainability, real estate, debt and private equity.

You will work on structuring, fund formation and investment lifecycle matters, drafting and negotiating core fund documentation and supporting investor negotiations. The role offers exposure to international work through collaboration with colleagues in Luxembourg, Dublin and other global offices, and opportunities for career development within a collaborative team.

Experience advising on private markets investment funds (fund formation, structuring and lifecycle matters)
Practical experience drafting and negotiating LPAs, management/administration agreements, side letters and related fund documentation
Comfort working cross‑office and with international counsel, tax specialists and administrators
Strong commercial judgment, client management skills and interest in business development
