Apply in confidence →Join a busy Middle East construction disputes team as a contentious construction associate based in Dubai. You will work on high-value, complex disputes arising from major construction and infrastructure projects across the GCC, including litigation, arbitration and other forms of ADR.
The role involves running and supporting arbitration and court proceedings, preparing case strategy and filings, liaising with experts and witnesses, and drafting and reviewing a wide range of construction documents. You will work closely with senior lawyers and have direct client contact on matters across sectors such as energy, healthcare, transport, real estate and infrastructure.

- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in construction disputes (PQE 3+), ideally from a leading or reputable firm
- Strong technical knowledge of construction law and practical experience in arbitration and/or litigation
- Proven ability to manage multiple matters, draft pleadings and submissions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent drafting and advocacy support skills; comfortable liaising with clients, experts and witnesses
- Proactive, resilient, commercially minded and committed to continuous professional development
