Apply in confidence →Join a fast-growing financial services regulatory team in the UAE, with roles available in multiple Middle East offices. You will work closely with senior regulatory lawyers on a range of primarily non-contentious matters across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with occasional exposure to contentious regulatory work.
The team advises local and international banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, payment providers, fintechs (including digital assets/VASPs), custodians and government entities on the full regulatory lifecycle — market entry and licensing, ongoing compliance, product launches and cross-border expansion. The role offers significant client contact, responsibility for managing workstreams and opportunities to contribute to the practice’s regional growth.
- England & Wales qualified solicitor with 4–6 years PQE.
- Substantive experience advising regulated financial services clients (banks, asset managers, broker-dealers, payment firms, fintechs) on regulatory matters.
- Practical knowledge of UAE and/or Saudi regulatory frameworks, or ability to translate UK/other major-jurisdiction experience into the regional context.
- Proven ability to manage workstreams autonomously, supervise junior team members and engage directly with clients.
- Strong drafting skills and commercially-focused regulatory advisory capability; willingness to support business development and thought leadership.
