Join a global funds and asset management team in the Middle East, working from either the Dubai or Abu Dhabi office. The group advises sponsors and investors on fund formation, regulatory requirements and a broad range of fund structures across regional and offshore domiciles.

The role focuses on fund structuring and formation — drafting and negotiating fund documentation, coordinating closings and building regulatory expertise tailored to funds and asset managers. You will also advise investors on fund investments, co-investments and bespoke managed-account structures.

The team works across private equity, infrastructure, venture, real estate and technology funds, and covers domiciles including ADGM, DIFC, Cayman Islands, Luxembourg, Jersey, Delaware and onshore UAE. The role offers strong training, international work and exposure to both sponsor- and investor-side matters.

3 6 years post-qualification experience (ideal range 3 7 PQE)
Strong technical knowledge of limited partnership agreements and private funds documentation (PPMs, LPAs, subscription agreements, IM/IA agreements)
Experience establishing funds in one or more of ADGM, DIFC, Cayman Islands, Delaware, Luxembourg or Guernsey
Track record negotiating with investors on fund investments, co-investments and bespoke fund structures
Excellent academic record (minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree) and relevant legal qualification; non-English-qualified candidates will be considered
