The role focuses on non-contentious construction work: drafting, negotiating and advising on EPC, operation/FM and ancillary project documentation for sponsors, developers, funders and contractors.

You will work in a collaborative, non-hierarchical team that regularly coordinates with onshore and cross-border project, finance, real estate and arbitration specialists. Expect a transactional, project-focused workload on complex, high-value infrastructure, energy and real estate developments.

Qualified lawyer admitted in a common‑law jurisdiction.
Junior to mid‑level non‑contentious construction experience on large international or complex projects.
Strong drafting, negotiation and attention to detail; good commercial awareness.
Experience working with multi‑disciplinary and cross‑jurisdictional teams.
