Join a growing global investment funds team based in Abu Dhabi, supporting a wide range of regional institutional investors, asset managers and sponsors on fund formation, fund-vehicle structures and related fund-investment arrangements. The role involves working closely with the MENA funds group and the firm’s wider international funds network.

The practice handles DFSA/ADGM and other regional-domiciled funds, blind-pool and bespoke fund structures, co-investments, secondaries and GP/LP commercial arrangements. This is an opportunity to contribute to and help expand a compact but global funds practice in a high-growth regional platform.

3–6 years PQE (England & Wales terms or equivalent)
Experience in a leading US or UK investment funds practice
Strong academic record and professional qualifications
Demonstrable technical and commercial legal skills in funds work
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Team player with ability to take ownership and manage significant responsibility
Proactive in business development, networking and knowledge-sharing
