Senior M&A & Private Equity Lawyer — Corporate

Senior-level corporate lawyer role based in the UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi). You will join a fully integrated regional practice supported by an extensive international network and advise on major public and private M&A and private equity matters across the Middle East and beyond.

The role involves leading and managing transactions, working directly with clients and cross-border teams, and mentoring junior lawyers. The team offers structured global training, a collaborative culture and a balanced hybrid working approach.

• 5-7 years post-qualification experience in M&A and private equity.
• Proven track record on public and private M&A / PE transactions, including cross-border work.
• Experience at a top-tier international law firm.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills desirable but not required.
• Strong drafting, analytical and client-facing skills; experience supervising junior associates.
