An international corporate team in Dubai is seeking a 2-3 PQE Associate to join its transactional and advisory practice. The role covers cross-border work across sectors including technology, private and growth capital, retail, hospitality, real estate, healthcare and education.

The role combines M&A, private equity, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, market entry and reorganisations, and wider corporate advisory. You will work with business owners, family offices, UHNWIs, equity investors and public/quasi‑government entities across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the US.

This is a development-focused role for a candidate committed to building a long-term corporate practice in the region and contributing to both high-quality legal delivery and business development activity.

2-3 years' PQE in corporate transactions at an international or leading regional law firm
Transactional experience in M&A and private equity/growth capital; exposure to joint ventures and shareholders' agreements
Proven ability to draft high-quality transactional documents and manage due diligence processes
Strong organisational and project-management skills; able to prioritise competing tasks
Excellent written and interpersonal communication; able to work independently and in teams
Regional experience in the Middle East is an advantage but not required
