Senior associate-level hire for a regional Digital, Data, IP and Technology (DDIT) practice with roles available in the UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi). The team advises on complex commercial contracts and technology-rich transactions, including software/SaaS, IP licensing, digital infrastructure and telecoms, and provides data protection and cybersecurity counsel.

The role combines standalone DDIT matters with support on corporate work such as M&A and joint ventures. Work is often high-value, complex and time-sensitive, and involves coordination with international teams across multiple jurisdictions.

1-5 years PQE in technology, IP or commercial contracts
Strong drafting, negotiating and commercial contract review skills (software/SaaS, services, IP licences, development agreements)
Experience or interest in data protection/privacy and telecoms/digital infrastructure transactions
Commercial mindset, strong organisation and client-facing skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented international environment
