Apply in confidence →Growing insurance practice in Dubai is seeking an Associate with 3–5 years' post-qualification experience to join a specialist cyber and risk team. The role focuses on advising insurers, insureds and corporate clients on cyber incidents, data breaches and related regulatory and litigation risks across the Middle East and other jurisdictions.
Work will include incident response and crisis management (ransomware, business email compromise and similar events), data protection and privacy advice (including regional regimes), regulatory notifications, coverage advice under cyber insurance policies and supporting data‑subject claims and related litigation. The role offers exposure to multi‑jurisdictional matters and collaboration with senior colleagues across a global cyber network.
- 3–5 years' PQE with demonstrable experience in cyber, data privacy, insurance or commercial litigation
- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to manage a varied caseload under pressure
- Ideally qualified in England & Wales, Australia or another common‑law jurisdiction; UAE experience or willingness to develop regional expertise
- Client‑focused team player with proactive approach to problem solving
