We are seeking a commercially minded Legal Associate to join a busy Intellectual Property practice in Dubai. The role combines hands-on IP work (including trademark portfolio management, licensing and enforcement) with data protection and privacy advisory work.

The successful candidate will coordinate cross-practice delivery between corporate and dispute teams, manage client communications and timelines, and contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives. This is an opportunity for increased client contact and ownership on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Qualified lawyer with 4–6 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
Demonstrable experience in Intellectual Property (trademarks, licensing, enforcement) and privacy/data protection advisory
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for commercial and technology/IP agreements
Proven ability to coordinate across corporate and litigation teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Client-facing mindset, commercially aware with an interest in business development
