Join a leading global project finance team in Dubai advising on energy, infrastructure and related financing matters. The group works across power, transport, social infrastructure, telecoms and energy-transition projects for sponsors, lenders, project companies and public sector clients.

The role involves drafting, negotiating and amending project and financing documentation, providing strategic client advice, managing aspects of matters and coordinating cross-jurisdictional teams. You will supervise junior lawyers, contribute to business development initiatives and support timely billing and matter delivery in a fast-paced environment.

There is a strong emphasis on technical excellence, commercial awareness and sector knowledge development, with structured training and opportunities to work on complex, market-leading transactions.

Qualified lawyer with approximately 5-7 years' post-qualification experience
Demonstrable project finance or infrastructure finance experience
Strong interest and technical knowledge in energy and infrastructure matters
Proven ability to manage workstreams, supervise junior team members and meet client deadlines
Excellent drafting, communication and commercial judgement; self-starter with business development appetite
