Join a market-leading Project Development & Construction team in Dubai advising on energy and infrastructure projects across renewables, hydrogen, power, transmission and wider infrastructure sectors. The role focuses on drafting, negotiating and advising on EPC/construction contracts, revenue contracts (including PPAs), concessions and related commercial documentation in a project development and project finance context.

You'll work on cross-border, complex mandates for sponsors, lenders, offtakers, contractors and government bodies, collaborating with specialists across jurisdictions and practice groups. The team is looking for a commercially minded, technically strong lawyer who can lead workstreams, manage client relationships and supervise junior lawyers.

Qualified lawyer with approximately 4–8 years' post-qualification experience (some flexibility for stronger candidates)
Practical experience advising on EPC/construction contracts, revenue contracts (eg PPAs), concessions and related commercial documentation within an energy/infrastructure or project finance context
Preferably sponsor-side project development experience; lender, offtaker or contractor-side experience also relevant
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills; experience supervising junior team members
Commercial mindset, resilience, excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams and jurisdictions
