Join a busy international banking and finance team in Dubai focusing on debt capital markets and related banking work. The role covers conventional and Sharia-compliant capital markets transactions, general banking mandates and structured products work, with involvement from transaction inception through to close.

Responsibilities include drafting transaction and listing documents and prospectuses, managing due diligence and multidisciplinary teams, liaising with regulators and listing authorities, supporting product development on structured products and derivatives, and contributing to business development and client relationship-building.

Proven transactional experience in debt capital markets (e.g. standalone bond issuances, MTN programmes, Sukuk, liability management exercises, commercial paper).
Experience drafting prospectuses, listing documents and standard transaction documentation; comfortable managing files from inception to close.
Familiarity with general banking documentation (LMA-style facility agreements and security documents) or willingness to develop these skills.
Exposure to or interest in structured products and derivatives is desirable.
Experience providing legal/regulatory advice to financial institutions and an interest in Islamic finance and the Middle East market.
Strong teamwork, file-management skills and participation in business development and marketing initiatives.
