Top-tier international law firm is seeking a 3rd–5th year Associate to join its Corporate Advisory (Corporate Finance) practice. The role is open in multiple U.S. offices (including Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and Miami) and will focus on corporate and transactional matters in the finance and banking space.
