M&A Associate — Corporate (Chicago)

Mid-level associate role in a national corporate practice based in Chicago. The team advises on a broad range of M&A and private equity transactions for financial sponsors and strategic buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating acquisition and disposition agreements and related transaction documents, supporting deal execution across the transactional lifecycle, and collaborating with deal teams on due diligence and structuring.
