Seeking a mid-level associate (3–6 years) to join a technology transactions team across U.S. offices. The role focuses on technology-driven deals with a strong emphasis on intellectual property and artificial intelligence issues.

The position involves advising on IP and AI aspects of private equity and M&A transactions, conducting due diligence, and negotiating transaction documents. Work includes commercial contracting and software licensing; experience with data privacy and cybersecurity is a plus.

Candidates must be admitted to the bar of their preferred U.S. office and able to handle complex, cross-disciplinary technology matters.

3–6 years post-qualification experience in technology transactions, IP, or related corporate work
Experience advising on IP/AI matters in M&A or private equity transactions, including diligence and document negotiation
Strong commercial contracting and software licensing background
Bar admission in the state of the preferred office
Familiarity with data privacy and cybersecurity is desirable
