Construction Defect Attorney — Construction Litigation, Los Angeles

Join a national litigation practice as an attorney focused on construction-defect matters. The role involves managing all phases of defense-side litigation for property and personal-injury claims, with regular involvement in hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials.

The practice group handles high-exposure and complex construction cases, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters. You will work alongside experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The office offers a hybrid working arrangement and standard employee benefits.

• 1–15 years' litigation experience (insurance defense experience preferred)
• Admission to the California Bar required
• Experience with case management, motion practice and discovery
• Comfort with depositions, hearings, arbitration and trial work
• Strong legal research and writing skills
