Senior associate-level corporate role within a leading global fintech practice advising on digital-assets and blockchain matters. The team represents issuers, investors and technology companies on venture financings, corporate transactions, token offerings and related securities/regulatory matters.

The role is open to candidates for placement in either the San Francisco or Palo Alto office. The firm seeks associates who can contribute immediately on sophisticated transactional and regulatory matters in the digital-asset ecosystem.

Strong academic credentials and prior law firm corporate experience are required; candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-moving, specialist fintech practice.

2–5 years' post-qualification / law-firm corporate experience
Demonstrable experience or clear interest in fintech, blockchain and cryptocurrency matters
Experience with venture financings, corporate transactions, token offerings and securities/regulatory issues
Excellent academic record and prior law firm transaction experience
