Associate — Corporate / International (Germany, multiple offices)

We are inviting speculative applications for Associate-level lawyers to join a global firm’s Germany practice. This is an open call for candidates interested in cross-border corporate work and other international commercial matters across multiple German offices.

Successful hires will be integrated into live, complex mandates from day one and given early responsibility within their team and practice group. The role offers mentoring, structured development, flexible working and opportunities for secondments (domestic and international) and pro bono engagement.

• Qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwältin/Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent legal qualification in Germany
• Strong academic record and excellent legal drafting and analytical skills
• Very good English language skills; interest in international economic and cross‑border matters
• Commercial mindset, strong team orientation and willingness to take early responsibility
