Join the Corporate / M&A team of a leading international, US-headquartered law firm in Frankfurt. The team advises on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions and works closely with colleagues across major international offices.

As a first-year associate you will be embedded in deal teams from the outset, supporting transactions across all phases—structure, negotiation, signing and closing—while working alongside senior lawyers and counsel.

Qualified German lawyer (both Staatsexamina) with excellent academic results
Approximately 1 year PQE / First-year associate level
Interest in corporate transactions, M&A and private equity; practical experience from Referendariat or academic work is an advantage
International experience (LL.M., semester abroad or work abroad) and very good English skills
Team-oriented, proactive and commercially minded
