Corporate Associate – M&A / Private Equity (Frankfurt)

An international business law firm is seeking corporate lawyers to join its Frankfurt office on an ongoing basis, working across its Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups.

The firm is a leading global economic law firm with a substantial international platform, offering a dynamic, cross-border working environment and a close, collaborative team culture.

You will advise on transactional corporate matters within a global US-based practice, with regular team-building and networking opportunities and structured support for your professional development, including mentoring and an in-house advanced training program run in cooperation with a leading technical university.

Talented candidates with or without prior professional experience are equally encouraged to apply.

• Fully qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) with above-average state examination results.
• Ideally some prior exposure to M&A or private equity, for example through an internship or legal traineeship (Referendariat); candidates without professional experience are also considered.
• First international experience is a plus.
• Strong English language skills.
• Team spirit, commitment, creativity and a commercial mindset.
