Associate — Corporate (M&A / Private Equity), Frankfurt

Top-tier international firm is seeking associates for its Frankfurt corporate team, focused on M&A and private equity transactions. The role offers exposure to cross-border, transactional work and close collaboration with senior deal teams.

We are looking for candidates with strong academic credentials, commercial interest and very good English. The team welcomes talent with or without prior professional experience; internships or Referendariat experience in corporate/M&A are considered a plus.

The position provides a structured development path including mentoring, formal training and regular team networking events within a highly international practice.

• German Staatsexamina with above‑average results
• Some relevant experience preferred (internship, Referendariat or similar)
• Very good English and strong written communication skills
• Team player with commercial awareness, commitment and creativity
• International experience is a plus
